Some learners prefer to learn by themselves in their own pace. Learning styles refer to the learner’s ability to perceive and process information in a learning situation. The ability to understand learners’ style of learning can increase the educational outcomes. VAK learning style is one of the learning styles in which learners make use of three of their sensory perception to receive information. This workshop will provide teachers with creative strategies and methods to incorporate these learning styles in classroom activities in a collaborative learning environment so that learners are engaged and competent to be successful. The presenter will also share interactive activities which involve the participation of the whole class and provide the learner with opportunities to use the English language.
